I have heard that my forefathers were brave people, loyal ,honest. I m thier child a pakhtun of today and I m happy that they are no more, and I m sure they are too that they are too.What a mess I m. Pakhtuns were storng in reality, today they are only in our minds and in history books(which most of us don't bother to read.What we know is to blame.For me being strong or weak is relative.I m stronger than a 2 year old(I guess :P) and weaker than a boxer.Same applies to every Relative term.We blame others for our problem, Punjabyan, amreica ,establishment are on the top.I think its not them its not the US its us to blame.
Our dignity, our bravery ,our pride was passed on to us with the hope that we will give the same to our children.I m proud of my forefathers ,I m proud of my history.When someone argues with me I m quick to say look at our history but gets angry when he shows me my dirty face in the present.Then I call Pakistan names, then punjabyan becomes my enemy, I argue that I m like this becuase shumali ithehad is/was agent of russia.NO it is none of them its us.
Get out of the dream land.Hagha puktho kay wai kala pooray ba pa prado ghwalo teezuna achay.In the last 50 years I cant recal anything which we as a nation has done which I m proud of.
I m not critising everything, but I m fearing that our children wont be saying the same about us, what we say about our forefathers.We have a brilliant history but I fear our children wont.
